Welcome to the Helmingham Hall Gardens website (the “Site”). These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of this Site, operated by Helmingham Hall Gardens, located in Suffolk, England. By accessing or using our Site, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms.

1. Use of the Website

2. Tickets and Bookings
Admission to the garden on non-event days can be purchased at the venue upon arrival only.
Tickets to our events can be purchased online or at the venue. All tickets are subject to the following terms:
All tickets are non-refundable and non-exchangeable once purchased.
Refunds for Cancelled Events:
We’ll contact you and issue a refund automatically for all cancelled events.
Refunds for Rescheduled Events
We’ll contact you with the new dates and times ASAP. If you cannot make the new event date we will issue a full refund.
For private event bookings, separate terms may apply and will be provided at the time of booking.
3. Annual Memberships
Helmingham Gardens Annual Membership – Terms & ConditionsThese terms apply to Helmingham Gardens Annual Memberships for the 2027 season.
Membership Period
Annual Membership is valid for the 2027 garden season, from 2 May to 30 September 2027, during our regular garden opening days and hours.
Membership includes unlimited admission to Helmingham Gardens on regular open days during this period, subject to the exclusions below.
Membership Cards
Memberships are issued to the named member(s) and are non-transferable.Members should bring their membership card when visiting Helmingham and may be asked to present it on arrival or when claiming membership benefits. Membership benefits cannot be used by another person in the member’s absence.
Event Days
Annual Membership does not include admission on event days unless specifically stated.Membership currently includes free admission to:
Music in the Gardens
Midsummer Nights
Other events, including separately ticketed events, are not included unless otherwise advertised.Please check our events calendar before travelling, as opening arrangements and admission requirements may vary on event days.
Members’ Preview Day
2027 Annual Members are invited to our exclusive Members’ Preview Day on Saturday 1 May 2027, ahead of the Gardens opening to the general public.Members will be asked to RSVP in advance by emailing info@helmingham.com.
Café Discount
Annual Members receive 10% off purchases at our on-site café during their membership period.A valid membership card must be presented when ordering or paying. The discount cannot be used retrospectively and cannot be exchanged for cash.
Complimentary Guest Voucher
Each membership welcome pack includes one complimentary single-visit voucher for a friend or family member.The voucher is valid for one person for one visit to the Gardens during the 2027 regular opening season. It is not valid on event days unless otherwise stated and must be presented on arrival.The voucher has no cash value and cannot be exchanged for another benefit.
Gift Memberships
Memberships may be purchased as gifts.If you have received a membership as a gift, please email info@helmingham.com, quoting the three-digit number on the reverse of your membership card, so we can ensure we hold the correct membership and contact details.
Changes to Opening
Helmingham reserves the right to amend opening days, hours, access arrangements or membership benefits where reasonably necessary due to events, adverse weather, safety considerations or circumstances beyond our control.We recommend checking the Helmingham website before travelling for the latest visitor information.
General
Membership benefits are valid only for the membership season stated and cannot be carried forward into a subsequent year.Memberships and associated benefits have no cash value and cannot be exchanged for cash.By purchasing or using a Helmingham Gardens Annual Membership, the member agrees to these terms and conditions.For any questions regarding your membership, please contact info@helmingham.com.
4. Intellectual Property
All content on this Site, including text, images, graphics, logos, and layout, is the property of Helmingham Hall Gardens or its licensors and is protected by UK and international copyright laws.
You may not:
- Reproduce or distribute any content without express written permission.
- Use our name, logo, or branding without authorisation.
5. Visitor Conduct
When visiting Helmingham Hall Gardens, you agree to follow all posted guidelines and staff instructions. We reserve the right to deny entry or remove any guest behaving in a disruptive, unsafe, or inappropriate manner.
