There are two rooms at the Coach House. The larger room can accommodate up to 80 people theatre style. This number can also be seated at small tables of either 6 or 8 guests. For a more elegant styled event, 60 guests may be seated at 6 round tables, each of 10 guests.

The smaller room may also be used in conjunction with the larger one – they are separated by two doorways. In this room approximately 50 guests may be seated theatre style 0r 30 may be seated at round tables of 10.

A range of presentation equipment is available to hire. Please let us know your requirements at the time of booking. Facsimile and photocopying are available close at hand.

Our resident cater will be delighted to discuss your requirements and create some menus appropriate to your occasion and budget.

We will be delighted to organise for your quests to visit the gardens at Helmingham Hall, and often we are able to provide guided tours.
